Refunds

We currently do not offer refunds at this moment, unless the product received is damaged or defective.


Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue  immediately and make it right.

Returns on Damaged or Wrong Product 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know the status of the refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund on your statement.

6-Month Damage Guarantee

We believe in the sturdiness of our products. If the prop breaks within the first 6-months, we will be happy to send you a replacement (customer just pays for shipping). Take a picture and email it to hello@modernpropclub.com.
