Shipping Information
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Standard shipping to Canada will take 4-5 days costing $15.
Express shipping to Canada will take 2 days costing $32.
Standard shipping to the US will take 7-9 days costing $16USD.
Expedited shipping to the US will take 3-5 days costing $21USD.
Express shipping to the US will take 2-4 days costing $32USD.
Free Shipping on orders over $125USD.
Yes, we ship to international locations. Note that orders outside of Canada and US will take longer then the usual shipping times.
Product Information
Each prop is made 5mm thick PVC plastic, that is UV Printed ensuring that they will not fade or unglue. The 5 mm prop is the perfect thickness and keeps it from breaking from wear and tear. Our ever-expanding collection covers a wide range of themes and styles to suit any occasion.
Feel free to just wipe them with a wet cloth and dry it off and they will be as good as new!

Return Information
We believe in the sturdiness of our products. If the prop breaks within the first 6 months we will be happy to send you a replacement (just pay for shipping). Take a picture and email us at hello@moderpropclub.com.
Currently, we do not offer refunds on our props.
We try our best to get every order to you as fast as possible, sometimes we make a mistake. Please take a picture and email us at hello@modernpropclub.com and we will be happy to make the situation right. This must be done within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Modern Prop Club is not responsible or liable for orders lost or damaged during transit. Please make a claim with the carrier service directly. You must file a claim within 48 hours of receiving your package and take pictures of both the packaging and damaged product.
